Kenneth Gentili is Professor Emeritus in Physics and Engineering at Tacoma Community College, a former National Science Foundation Program Director, and a returned Ethiopian Peace Corps Volunteer.
Prior to the outbreak of COVID Ken and his Wife, Sylvia, volunteered for 15 years in Malawi, Africa in which Ken worked with the University of Livingstonia to develop science education and IT structures and his wife, supported the improvement of preschools and community health. Although Sylvia has passed away, Ken continues to support their efforts and motto of “Hands Around the World Help Malawians Achieve Their Goals.”
Ken enjoys daily walks in nature and discovering, learning, and sharing ideas.
